Tuition is based on enrollment with equal monthly payments throughout the entire year.
Lessons are held during Fall (August - December), Spring (January - June) and Summer (June and July) semesters. Each semester will have a week off for School/Thanksgiving/Easter/ 4th of July breaks and 3 weeks off during Christmas and Summer Break-please refer to the calendar sent at the beginning of each year for specific dates.
Invoices are emailed the third Sunday or a week before the end of the current month and are due on the first of each month:
One student tuition is $270 monthly
Two beginner students tuition is $370 monthly
Two intermediate students tuition is $475 monthly
Two advanced students tuition is $540 monthly
Families with more then two students will receive a discount on tuition.
"A la carte" lessons are offered at the following rates:
$80 (online for voice or violin lessons)
$100 ( piano lessons )
Registration fee is $100, a one time fee when you first sign up for lessons. This fee covers recital expenses, taxes fees added for events, small fees that are payed everytime I register a student for an activity outside of studio in addition to extra materials brought by the instructors at lessons. Extra activities such as Symphony concerts, competitions, piano days, music camp fees are to be supported by the family.
This studio works on a NO MAKEUPS policy. No refunds or deductions if a student misses a lesson. A student who doesn't attend a lesson will simply miss the benefit of that lesson. Again, tuition is based on enrolment, not attendance and the studio have the right to discontinue lessons after too many cancelations.
METHOD OF PAYMENT AND RERTURNED CHECK POLICY:
Tuition payment may be made through Zelle or Venmo. All checks should be made payable to Valerica Muller and in the memo line please designate "Valspianoforte".
LATE PAYMENT POLICY:
A $50.00 late fee will be assessed on accounts for which payments are received after the first of the month. Three late payments may result in suspended lessons and forfeiture of a place in an instructor's studio.
